Concept rendering of international customers touring a semi-trailer factory with the engineering team

Built for the destination

Local requirements shape every build.

Before production, our engineers review where the trailer will be registered, how it will be used and the roads it must work on. Those inputs become an approved specification for production.

  1. Regulations & registration

Dimensions, axle loads, braking, lighting and required documentation.

  2. Roads & climate

Road surface, gradients, temperature, humidity and maintenance access.

  3. Cargo & application

Cargo type, density, payload, loading method and operating frequency.

Engineering output: dimensions, axle and suspension setup, braking, materials, protection and loading configuration.

How the handover moves

  1. Confirm shipping method

  2. Set dismantling and protection scope

  3. Prepare documents and markings

  4. Confirm finished unit by photo

  5. Handover to nominated forwarder

Export documents issued in house

  • Commercial invoice and packing list per container or unit
  • Bill of lading and certificate of origin, incl. Form A or FTA forms where applicable
  • Chassis number list with engraved and plated numbers matching the invoice
  • Pressure test and quality certificates per vessel, with the unit's chassis number
  • Third-party inspection report released directly to you by SGS, BV or Intertek

Compliance handled before shipment

These are decided at drawing stage. Changing any of them after the unit is built is a rebuild, not an adjustment.

  • Lighting and reflective marking to the registration market's standard
  • Brake regulation and ABS/EBS specification matching local type approval
  • Pressure vessel code stamped as the local registrar requires
  • Axle group sized to the legal axle load, not to the trailer's capacity
  • Chassis numbers engraved and plated to match the invoice and bill of lading
  • Dangerous-goods marking and plating where the cargo requires it
