Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers about configuration, production, export delivery, warranty and parts. Contract documents and approved drawings remain the final record for each order.

Selection & configuration

What information is needed for a configuration?

Send cargo type and density, target payload, route and road condition, tractor details, loading method and destination registration market. Missing items can be closed with the engineer before drawing approval.

Can I specify component brands?

Yes. We verify load rating, interfaces, local service availability and lead time before the brand and model are written into the specification.

Order & production

When does production start?

Production is released after the commercial terms, technical specification and required drawings are approved according to the contract. A catalogue page is not a production instruction.

Can a third party inspect the order?

Yes. The inspection scope, hold points, report format and access arrangements should be agreed before production so they can be included in the quality plan.

Export & delivery

Which shipping methods can be prepared?

Depending on unit dimensions and route, preparation can cover RoRo, containerised CKD or SKD, and breakbulk. The selected method is confirmed before packing work begins.

Do you provide live shipment tracking?

We provide factory release, loading records and the transport documents available under the agreed Incoterm. Live vessel or carrier tracking remains with the nominated forwarder or carrier.

Warranty & after-sales

What evidence is needed for a warranty review?

Provide the chassis and order numbers, failure description, operating load, mileage, overall photographs, close-ups and relevant measurements. Do not dismantle the failed area before the engineer confirms what must be recorded.

Are wear parts covered by structural warranty?

No. Brake linings, seals, lamps and tyres are consumables. Supplier components follow their maker's terms, while frame and structural weld claims are reviewed under the sales contract.

Spare parts

How do you identify the correct part?

We start with the chassis or order number and check the original bill of materials. A supplier part number, clear photographs and key dimensions are used to resolve any production variation.

Do you show live stock and delivery dates online?

No. Availability depends on the exact brand, model, quantity and whether the item is fabricated. We confirm identification first, then quote availability, packing and dispatch options in writing.

Did not find your question?

Describe the task directly. Drawings, photographs or unit references can follow after first contact.
