Who we are
This site is operated by Shandong Shengrun Automobile Co., Ltd., a semi-trailer and special vehicle manufacturer based at No. 1 Tongya Road, Quanpu Industrial Park, Liangshan County, Jining, Shandong, China.

What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive what you type into it: your name, company, country, email or phone number, and the requirement you describe. Nothing in the form is required beyond what we need to answer you.
We also collect aggregate traffic statistics: which pages are viewed, roughly which country the visit came from, and which pages perform slowly. These statistics are not tied to your name.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we use it for
Enquiry details are used to prepare your configuration and quotation, to arrange inspection and shipment if you order, and to supply spare parts afterwards. That is the whole purpose.
We may contact you about the enquiry you sent. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Who else sees it
Inside the company, your enquiry is seen by the sales engineer handling it and the technical staff who price and draw the unit.
Outside the company, details are shared only where your order requires it: the inspection body you appoint, the shipping line or freight forwarder, and the authorities issuing export and registration documents.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for two years, because buyers frequently return to a quotation after a budget cycle. Order records are kept for the period commercial and export law requires.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to trailer-manufacturer@outlook.com. Deletion requests are actioned unless we are required to keep the record for an export or tax obligation, in which case we will tell you which one.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. The only storage used is what the site needs to remember your language choice and to measure page performance in aggregate.
