Buildable configurations
What can be specified on this product, and what each choice changes. Combinations are confirmed by engineering against your axle-load limits and destination regulations before they are quoted.
Compatible Cargo
Bitumen / Asphalt
Heating, insulation, pumps, valves and seals are configured for bitumen temperature and viscosity
Best for: road bitumen/asphalt binders
If omitted: other hot products require a new check of temperature, corrosion and cleaning and cannot be assumed interchangeable.
Non-bitumen Hot Products
Materials, heating and discharge systems are adapted for heavy oil, hot oil or other hot liquids
Best for: validated non-bitumen hot products
If omitted: the bitumen package remains focused on high-viscosity road material and may not suit other hot media.
Changes: Design Temperature Range, Tank Material Grade, Reference Compatible Cargo
Confirmed at inquiry: Provide cargo, SDS, density, temperature, loading/discharge pressure and destination code
Thermal Design
Enhanced Insulation
Thicker insulation or reduced thermal bridges slows cargo cooling
Best for: long distance, cold ambient conditions or high-pour-point products
If omitted: standard insulation is lighter and cheaper, but narrows allowable trip time and ambient range.
On our sample Tank Geometric Volume 31,200–32,000 L
Changes: Tank Geometric Volume, Reference Tare Weight, Insulation Thickness, Pump System
Confirmed at inquiry: Confirm volume split, materials, thickness design basis, cleaning and transfer connections
Specifying for your region
The same product is built differently for different markets. These are the running-gear and compliance points that decide the build, by destination.

What you can verify before ordering
The plant is ours
Ask for a live walk-through of the welding line, the blasting chamber and the paint booth on the day you call. A trading company cannot do this on request.
Engineers answer, not a sales desk
Configuration questions are answered by the engineering team. If an answer needs a calculation, you get the calculation.
Vessels are certified by third parties
Pressure tests are witnessed and the certificate carries the chassis number of the unit, so it can be matched to the trailer that arrives.
Drawings are kept on file
The approved general arrangement drawing is archived against your chassis number for the life of the unit, which is what makes a spare part orderable years later.
Export paperwork is in house
Invoice, origin certificate, chassis number list and test certificates are issued by our own export desk, so a correction takes hours rather than a week.
Repeat batches stay identical
A follow-on order is built from the drawing you already approved, so parts interchange across your fleet instead of nearly fitting.
Send your drawing or your load case
A sales engineer confirms the specification for this product against your route, axle-load limits and destination regulations, then returns a drawing and a delivered price.
