Container Locating & Locking System

  • Bump-cart Guide System

    Unlocked guide structures help crane-set containers locate quickly without manual twistlock operation

    Best for: high-frequency short transfer inside controlled terminals

    If omitted: twistlocks or centering pins provide more positive restraint, but may slow cycle time.

  • Twistlocks

    Twistlocks positively secure container corner castings

    Best for: rougher yard routes, higher internal speeds or operations needing confirmed locking

    If omitted: guide systems cycle faster with less restraint, while centering pins mainly locate the box.

  • Centering Pins

    Centering pins align the container and limit lateral movement with less mechanism than twistlocks

    Best for: low-speed transfer on controlled yards

    If omitted: unlocked guides are faster with less restraint, while twistlocks provide stronger security but require lock operation.

  • Inspection records match the unit

    Final vehicle or assembly inspection is recorded against the unit identification, so the report can be matched to the product that arrives.

  • Drawings are kept on file

    The approved general arrangement drawing is archived against your chassis number for the life of the unit, which is what makes a spare part orderable years later.

  • Export paperwork is in house

    Invoice, origin certificate, chassis number list and test certificates are issued by our own export desk, so a correction takes hours rather than a week.
